Registration

Registration fees:

• Early registration (until September 30, 2019): 350 Euros
• Late or on-site registration (from October 1 to October 24, 2019: 400 Euros

The procedure for the registration to HFR 2019 is the following:

1. Dowload and fill the HFR 2019 registration form from here
2. Send the filled registration form by email to hfr2019@unimore.it
3. Proceed with the payment of the registration fee by means of Bank Transfer (details in the registration form) and send a document confirming the Bank Transfer execution to hfr2019@unimore.it

NOTE: Each paper accepted for either SPAR publication or workshop-only presentation must have a one-to-one association with a participant registration.

Workshop venue

The workshop will take place in the Assembly Hall of the Hotel Posta , which is located in the heart of the oldest quarter of Reggio Emilia, Italy, within the ancient Palace of the so-called Captain of the People (Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo).

The Assembly Hall, embellished by impressive 14th and 15th century art, is a warm and welcoming conference room, fully equipped with projector, computer, video screen and Wi-Fi.
